The Site is operated by Sean Rash and his representatives ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us governing your use of the Site.

PBA Tour statistics, records, and related data referenced on this Site are sourced from public records and the Professional Bowlers Association. Such data remains the property of its respective owners.

5. Bowling Camps and Clinics

Camp and clinic information displayed on this Site is provided for promotional and informational purposes only. Actual registration, payment processing, and terms of participation are handled by BowlersMart.

Camp availability, pricing, dates, and locations are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information current but do not guarantee its accuracy at any given time.

Participation in bowling camps and clinics is at your own risk. By registering for a camp or clinic, you acknowledge that bowling is a physical activity and that you participate voluntarily, assuming all inherent risks associated with the activity.

Refund and cancellation policies for camps and clinics are governed by BowlersMart's terms of sale. Please review those terms before completing any registration.

6. User-Submitted Content

By submitting information through our contact form or newsletter signup, you grant us permission to use that information for its intended purpose, including but not limited to responding to inquiries, sending newsletters, and communicating with you about events or promotions.

You represent and warrant that any information you submit is accurate, complete, and that you have the right to submit it. You further represent that your submission does not violate any applicable law or regulation, nor infringe upon the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or edit any submission at our sole discretion and without notice.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEAN RASH, HIS REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE.

This limitation applies to, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).
